Treating Lice With Vaseline Is Not Wise.

Lice are very common dilemma faced by hundreds of people all around the globe. The problem is how to treat lice in an appropriate way? With time many treatments have been invented to treat these little parasites. Some treatments have definitely succeeded like artificial treatment, nit combing, and oiling or Vaseline treatment.

The Vaseline treatment is said to be best lice treatment. The chore is quite simple. Here you just need to saturate your hairs with Vaseline and leave it for the night. All the lice will be killed by the smothering technique. 

However, the problem arises when it comes to washing the Vaseline from your hairs. The Vaseline is very hard to remove from the hairs. The normal shampoos have proved to fail this task. Many research reports tells about people complaining that despite of washing the hairs with dishwater the Vaseline does not come out from the hairs. Therefore, I will recommend that you avoid using Vaseline as a treatment for wayward head lice and nits. Vaseline might solve the problem of lice but it will create another unnecessary trouble for you after that. Just stick with the traditional oiling method and keep away from using Vaseline.
